From High-End Builds to Your Home

Buddy's building career started in the UK before he came home to do his apprenticeship in high-end residential, on builds that took up to three years each. Over 20 years he's worked across new builds, renovations, modular homes and commercial fit-outs, and he brings that same high-end standard to every job.

We started Paraone Residential to give back to the community we grew up in, from family homes to papakāinga projects helping iwi house their whānau. We take pride in our work, we're upfront with our pricing, and we talk every job through with you from start to finish. No cutting corners, no being treated as a number. We're here to build long-term relationships and homes that stand strong for decades.

What We Do

From Plans to Handover

Whether it's a new home or a single room, we look after the job from the first chat to the final handover.

New Builds

Homes designed around how you live, built from the ground up to a high-end standard.
Renovations

Breathe new life into your home. We future-proof as we go, so the work lasts for decades.
Extensions

More space without moving house. Extra bedrooms or bigger living areas, matched to your existing home.
Bathrooms

Complete bathroom renovations, from the layout through to the final finish.
Decks

Outdoor living built to handle the Bay of Islands weather, year after year.
Interior Fit-Outs

For homes and commercial spaces. Give us the shell and we'll build out the rooms, offices and finishes.
Consent-Ready Plans

We work with a trusted partner to get your plans ready for council, so you're not left chasing paperwork.

The First Chat

We visit the site, hear what you're after and send you a quote.
Plans and Consent

Where consent is needed, the drawings go to council first.
The Build

Work runs to an agreed schedule, and you know where it's up to.
The Final Handover

We walk the job with you, sort the snag list and hand over the keys.
